Ajai Sanders is a triple-threat in the show business community. She began her stand-up comedy career at the Comedy Act Theatre in Los Angeles California.

The late-great Robin Harris became her mentor/father-figure up to his untimely death in 1989.From there she went on to become a regular comedienne at mainstream comedy clubs such as, The Comedy Store, The Comedy Union, and the Improv .She appeared on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, Comic Justice on Comedy Central, and Evening At the Improv on A&E.
